Ravanelli: Higuain is the right man for Juventus

The former Bianconeri striker has talked up the Argentine ahead of a possible move to Turin, suggesting that he could be exactly what Juve needs
Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain could be instrumental for Juventus, according to former Bianconeri attacker Fabrizio Ravanelli.

Higuain, 25, has been linked with a move to Turin in recent weeks having fallen out of favor at Santiago Bernabeu this season.

Ravanelli, who was recently appointed coach of Ligue 1 side Ajaccio, says Higuain is the right man to lead Antonio Conte's charges forward.

"The Argentine is a player I like a lot, who knows how to score goals, maybe he's that kind of striker that Juventus were lacking in certain matches [this season]," he told Calcio Estero. [He] could be instrumental in achieving the high levels to which the team aspires and that the fans want us to reach in Europe as well."
Meanwhile, Ravanelli also commented on controversial Ajaccio star Adrian Mutu.

He said; "
I think he's a very talented player, he did well this year in Ligue 1, he scored 11 goals, he is a key striker, but he's 34 years old and we need to manage him carefully so as to keep him fit."
